I’m a former CEO, CRO, and sales executive with more than two decades of experience leading companies through growth, transformation, and strategic change. I’ve built and led high-performing teams inside Fortune 500s, global professional services firms, and scaling mid-market businesses across SaaS, tech, AEC, and beyond.

My work has consistently put me alongside CEOs and leadership teams as they navigate growth, complexity, and change. Over time, I’ve seen the same pattern repeat itself. Growth breaks when priorities become unclear and when the processes, systems, and people that worked before no longer support the next stage.

Today, I work with CEOs as a growth and revenue advisor. I bring an operator’s perspective, a system-level view of revenue, and a steady focus on clarity, alignment, and decision-making as organizations grow more complex.

My approach is direct and practical. I help leaders see what’s actually happening, decide where to focus, and move forward with confidence.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me riding my Peloton, doing hot yoga, planning my next trip, or enjoying great food and wine with family and friends.
