I've spent more than two decades inside the rooms where growth decisions get made. As a CRO, as a CEO, and as a fractional advisor to firms across AEC and Professional Services, I've seen the same patterns repeat themselves across hundreds of firms.

Growth stalls when strategy is unclear, when the wrong people are in growth roles, when BD and Marketing aren't aligned, and when leadership is too afraid of making the wrong decision to make any decision at all.

I know this because I've lived it. I've built revenue teams from scratch, restructured models that weren't working, coached leaders through the decisions they'd been avoiding, and sat in the CEO seat myself at a $70M global architecture and design firm.

I don't advise from the outside looking in. I've been on the inside.
