My passion is helping top performing women achieve next level success. I have spent my entire life mastering how to gain the confidence to ask for a seat at the table - and to bring other women with me.

My professional experience spans over more than two decades, across organizations of various sizes and diverse industries.

Early in my career, I was promoted into management at a Fortune 500 tech company, where I immediately noticed women not valuing their talents and abilities, so I aimed to inspire them to unleash their potential and achieve great things.

When I reached an unbreakable glass ceiling, I pivoted into a different industry and joined a world renowned professional services firm where I achieved my career goal of becoming CEO.

In 2020, I realized that my superpower was helping businesses and top performers achieve next level success. That is when I decided to turn my gift and passion into a business to help others achieve greatness.

In my free time I ride my Peloton, practice hot yoga, travel, and spend time with friends and family. I am a foodie, and lover of great wine.
