What this looks like

I focus on the same core issues as my advisory work but with direct responsibility for implementation and results. That means owning the growth strategy and execution, clarifying who the firm should and shouldn't pursue as clients, putting structure and discipline around pursuits and pipeline management, aligning leaders and teams around revenue priorities, and establishing clear ownership for growth decisions and results.

When the time is right, I use a proven playbook to determine when the firm is ready for a dedicated BD or sales function and how to build it.
