Owning growth strategy and execution
Clarifying who the firm should and should not pursue as clients
Putting structure and discipline around pursuits and pipeline management
Supporting seller-doers with clear process, tools, and accountability
Aligning leaders and teams around revenue priorities and outcomes
Establishing clear ownership for growth decisions and results
Determining when the firm is ready for a dedicated Sales or BD function and, when appropriate, using a proven playbook to design the structure and build the team
This is hands-on growth leadership, not consulting from the sidelines.
